Brochure printing create a positive effect!

Packaging a product is probably one of the last things on a product developer mind, and yet it is one of the most important. A potential customer evaluates a product by looking at the cardboard box it is in, and usually a larger box corresponds to increased value that the customer is getting.
Furthermore, a plain brown box with a product name scribbled on it will not entice the customer. Therefore, you will need printing to create a positive effect. There are two options that you can take:
Print the artwork straight over the box Use a standard, cheap box and place it in a printed sleeve The second option is a good idea if you're still in the prototyping or early sales stage and there is a possibility that the artwork or box shape may change. This way, the box and printing are separate and you can interchange at will. This is also a good option if you have multiple versions of product with the same packaging but for different markets and hence different artwork is necessary.
brochure printing straight on the box will, however, be a slightly cheaper option in the long run as less material is necessary. Below are manufacturers from China and the Asian region specializing in cardboard boxes and printing:

Typical prices As with any service, the cost will depend on many factors:
Number of colors Type of material Material thickness (GSM) Type of finish Number of units When most people say ardboard for a box, usually they imply corrugated board. This material comprises of two sheets of linerboard with a flute glued between them. The flutes have standard sizes:
A-flute: 4.8mm between liners and ~108 flutes per linear meter B-flute: 3.2mm between liners and ~154 flutes per linear meter C-flute: 4.0mm between liners and ~128 flutes per linear meter D-flute: 1.6mm between liners and ~295 flutes per linear meter E-flute: 0.8mm between liners and ~420 flutes per linear meter
From its clean design to its clever puzzles, to say nothing of its silly cutscenes, Cardboard Box Assembler is both a great way to spend an afternoon, and marks the emergence of a bold new hero that represents the everyman. Provided the everyman has gone insane once in a while after the end of a long work week and willingly hurled themselves out of a window. I think we've all been there. (Ask Jay sometime about how much I've cost him in repairs.) Neither overly complex nor too simplistic, cardboard box Assembler is just plain fun, and a great example of the genre. The next time your work gets a bit too much for you, slap a cardboard box on your head, ignore the stares and whispers, and remember that there's someone out there who gets you.
